Introducing Comentis Outcome Survey – the first client feedback platform purpose built for Consumer Duty

15 April 2026

We’re excited to share that we’ve launched our new Outcome Survey platform to support firms in evidencing customer outcomes under Consumer Duty.

As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, there is increasing focus on how firms evidence the outcomes they deliver — not just for clients in vulnerable circumstances, but across their entire client base.

Our Outcome Survey enables you to gather structured client feedback, fully aligned to the four pillars of Consumer Duty and where vulnerability insights are available, link these to build a clearer view of how different client groups experience your advice and service. For firms that do not yet have this information, our Vulnerability Assessment can be used alongside the Outcome Survey to help you identify and segment vulnerable clients more effectively.

The Outcome Survey is available through our award winning platform and is supported by market leading Management Information and reporting, allowing you to clearly demonstrate how you are meeting the requirements of Consumer Duty.

This helps you to:

  • Evidence outcomes for both vulnerable and non-vulnerable clients
  • Compare experiences across different client segments
  • Understand client sentiment through our AI sentiment analysis
  • Proactively identify clients who provide lower scores
  • Take targeted, proactive action where additional support may be needed

This is an invaluable step in moving from identifying vulnerability to building a more complete, evidence-based view of customer outcomes and meeting the enhanced reporting requirements of the regulator.

The Outcomes Survey can be taken as a stand alone product, or for even greater insight can be combined with our award winning vulnerability assessments.

If you’d like to explore how this could work for your firm and the subscription costs, we’d be delighted to talk it through and you can call us on 020 3282 0582. You can also find more details on our new web page - www.comentis.co.uk/outcome-survey
