Hope Capital Property Finance Forms Strategic Relationship with Melius Commercial

Hope Capital Property Finance has formed a strategic relationship with specialist full-service brokerage Melius Commercial, supporting their clients with the lenders range of competitive bridging loan products.

The relationship began when Hope Capital Property Finance National Account Manager, David Weir, met with Daniel Jones, at Melius Commercial. Recognising their similarities in wanting to provide a client-centric approach with specialised expertise, the two discussed opportunities for the lender to provide comprehensive bridging loans to the broker’s customers.

Although still in its early months, the partnership has already resulted in over £7m in bridging finance provided to Melius Commercial clients. This includes the market-leading Dual+ product, designed to support residential bridging deals with urgent completion deadlines.
