PM Data Services, the team behind Property Master – the UK’s first digital Buy-to-Let mortgage broker – has today announced a new suite of feature enhancements to its Genie sourcing platform, further strengthening its position as a leading solution for individual brokers and small firms.

Building on Genie’s core capability to combine product pricing, lender criteria and true lender-specific affordability into a single, intelligent search, the latest update introduces greater flexibility, improved usability and enhanced decision-making tools for advisers navigating the complex Buy-to-Let landscape.

With brokers under increasing pressure to deliver faster, more transparent advice, these new features have been designed to reduce friction within the sourcing process and make product comparisons more intuitive and efficient.

New features include:

Enhanced results table layout: In addition to Genie’s existing tile-based results view, brokers can now switch to a traditional table format. This provides a more familiar interface with expanded sorting functionality, enabling advisers to quickly rank products based on key metrics such as rate, fees or monthly payments.
Side-by-side product comparison: Brokers can now select up to three products and compare them simultaneously in a clear, structured view. This makes it significantly easier to assess differences in rates, fees, affordability and overall cost — supporting more confident, evidence-based recommendations.
‘No ERCs’ filter: A new dedicated filter allows advisers to instantly identify products with no early repayment charges. This is particularly valuable for clients prioritising flexibility, helping brokers tailor recommendations more precisely to individual needs.

These enhancements sit alongside Genie’s existing capabilities, including its fully transparent affordability engine, detailed lender criteria matching and client-ready evidence packs — all designed to give brokers complete clarity on why products are suitable, or not.
