Vida Homeloans expands residential product options and relaunches BTL product range

Vida Homeloans has announced an expansion of its lending proposition, with the reintroduction of 20 products to its residential range alongside the relaunch of its buy-to-let (BTL) range, strengthening support for intermediaries and their customers.

The expanded residential range includes Fee Saver and Foreign National products, offering greater choice and flexibility for borrowers with a wider range of needs and circumstances. Cashback is available across all residential Fee Saver products (subject to product terms and eligibility), to help customers manage upfront costs and improve affordability.

This enhancement reflects Vida’s ongoing commitment to providing practical specialist solutions in a changing market, helping brokers access products supported by a service-led approach.

Vida has also relaunched its buy-to-let range, enabling intermediaries to support landlords and property investors seeking funding options from a specialist lender.

All products across both the residential and buy-to-let ranges continue to be supported by the Vida Service Pledge. If intermediaries feel they have received anything less than excellent service, Vida may refund the application assessment fee (in line with the pledge terms and conditions), underscoring the lender’s confidence in its people, processes and service standards.
