Sittingbourne FC scores new sponsorship with Spicerhaart Part Exchange and Just Mortgages

15 May 2026

Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients, the assisted move and part exchange arm of the UK’s largest independent estate agency group, has partnered with sister firm Just Mortgages to sponsor Sittingbourne F.C. in Kent.

The new partnership will see both Spicerhaart brands featured on hoardings around the pitch at The Brickies’ home ground of Staxson Stadium. The move is designed to boost local community engagement, while supporting non-league, grassroots football in the area.

Sittingbourne FC, who celebrate their 140th anniversary this year, currently play in the highly competitive Isthmian League South East division. For the third consecutive season, the Brickies finished the 25/26 campaign in the play-off positions.

Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients works with developers and housebuilders nationwide to provide their new-build customers with both assisted move and part exchange options. With the help of its extensive national estate agency network and more than 650 Just Mortgages advisers across the country, Spicerhaart manages the sale of the current property and provides independent mortgage advice, ensuring the new-build buying process is smooth and straightforward for both builders and buyers.

The sponsorship is the latest in a long line of community engagement and support by Spicerhaart and its group companies. Most recently, Spicerhaart Part Exchange and estate agency Holbrook threw its support behind Dinnington Town FC in South Yorkshire.

Rosey Major, business development manager at Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients, said:

“Alongside our colleagues at Just Mortgages, I couldn’t be more proud to support our local club, Sittingbourne FC. For me, non-league football has always been about more than just a game. It’s about the community, passion and the people who give up their time week in, week out to keep local clubs thriving.

“Playing an active role in the communities we serve has long been a big priority for Spicerhaart so I’m pleased we can get behind such a fantastic club that does such great work in this community. As we continue to work with leading developers and builders to support smoother new-build purchases, we hope that we can play a small role in the continued success of Sittingbourne FC – particularly off the back of another impressive campaign in a super competitive league.”

Maurice Dunk, chairman of Sittingbourne FC, adds:

“We greatly appreciate the generous support of Rosey and the entire team at Spicerhaart. Partnerships with local, likeminded businesses are so crucial for clubs at our level, helping us to sustain what we are doing, while pushing forward with our ambitions both off and on the pitch. We are community-focused club with big aspirations for the future, so the backing of the likes of Spicerhaart and Just Mortgages is hugely valuable.”
