A couple of operational updates from our side

Rate increase: Wednesday 20 May

Rates across the StrideUp range will increase by 0.3% on Wednesday 20 May.

To secure current rates, applications must be submitted and the valuation fee paid by this date. Anything received after this point will be priced on the new rates.

Buy-to-Let Expat product range: Closing Friday 22 May

We're withdrawing our Buy-to-Let Expat product range. If you have any Expat cases currently in the pipeline that you'd like to submit, please get them in by end of day Friday 22 May. After that, the products will no longer appear in the portal.

Anything submitted before the deadline will continue to be processed as normal. no impact on cases already with us.

If you've got a case in flight and want a quick sense-check on whether it'll make the cut-off, just book a meeting and we'll talk it through.
