ACCORD’S FREE BROKER RESOURCE REACHES 50,000 PODCAST DOWNLOADS
21 May 2026
The Accord Growth Series, a library of free educational content for brokers, has reached 50,000 podcast downloads, as the intermediary-only lender continues to find new ways to help advisers grow their businesses, expand their knowledge and help their clients.
Launched in 2018 - and having reached its 8th anniversary this year - the Growth Series includes hundreds of guides, blogs, webinars and podcasts.
New content is released regularly to keep advisers up-to-date on the most relevant topics, with fortnightly podcasts providing access to top tips from industry experts and mortgage brokers on a range of subjects relevant to the mortgage market, including buy-to-let, first-time buyers, Consumer Duty requirements, and AI and technology.
Most recent podcast themes include the power of mentorship and allyship, understanding women’s health and surviving economic abuse. Others, from Accord managing director Jeremy Duncombe’s Mortgage Mentors podcast series, are dedicated to inspiring brokers through the experiences of some of the industry’s leading lights – including one titled “Why collaboration powers the mortgage industry”, with special guest Kate Davies.
The most popular ever podcast was the very first episode:
“How social media helped to grow my brokerage from £0 to £2.5 million turnover”, and the podcast that took the series over the download milestone was called “Mortgage Mentors: AI, HubSpot and the Modern Mortgage Firm with Jon Pittham”. Since launch, the Growth Series has seen a total of 146 podcast episodes.
Jeremy said: “The Growth Series was created to support brokers in their personal development and help them expand their businesses. We’re incredibly proud of how far it has come and of the high quality, timely content we’ve delivered over the years.
“Reaching 50,000 podcast downloads highlights just how relevant and valued the series is. The feedback from brokers has been fantastic, and their input continues to shape future episodes by guiding us towards the topics that matter most to them.”
