Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter Partners with Claritee to Strengthen Workplace Wellbeing Across the Sector

26 May 2026

The Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) has today announced a new strategic partnership with Claritee Group, marking a significant step forward in supporting mental health and wellbeing across the mortgage sector.

This collaboration brings together MIMHC’s industry-wide influence with Claritee’s innovative approach to corporate wellbeing, including alcohol-free events, inspirational talks, and tailored workplace programmes designed to improve mental health, resilience, and team engagement.

Claritee has built a strong reputation for helping organisations create healthier, more inclusive working environments through engaging experiences that prioritise both mental and physical wellbeing. Their work focuses on equipping employees with practical tools to manage workplace pressures, while fostering positive, high-performing cultures.

Through this partnership, MIMHC signatories and members will gain access to Claritee’s range of wellbeing-led initiatives, supporting firms in moving beyond awareness and towards meaningful, proactive change.

Jason Berry, Co-Founder of the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter, commented:

“This partnership represents a natural alignment of purpose. At MIMHC, we are committed to driving real, lasting change in how mental health is understood and supported across our industry. Claritee’s approach is refreshing, practical, and impactful—helping Companies create environments where people can thrive, not just cope. Together, we will accelerate progress and provide a bespoke toolkit which firms can use to support their people in a proactive and meaningful way. I very much look forward to working with Alex and his team.”

Alex Clapp, Founder of Claritee Group, added:

“We’re incredibly proud to partner with the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter. Workplace wellbeing isn’t about ticking a box—it’s about creating cultures where people feel supported, valued, and able to perform at their best. By working with MIMHC, we have an opportunity to bring our approach to a wider audience and help drive genuine, proactive change across the sector.”

The partnership will see a series of joint initiatives rolled out over the coming months, including industry events, educational sessions, and practical wellbeing resources tailored specifically to the mortgage community.

Both organisations share a common vision: to break down stigma, encourage open conversations, and ensure that mental health support becomes an embedded, measurable part of workplace culture.
