Phoebus Software appoints new head of delivery to drive customer success

Phoebus Software has appointed Alistair Scott as its new head of delivery, supporting its drive to deliver market-leading mortgage servicing solutions.

Alistair brings a wealth of experience in financial services technology delivery. He previously held senior leadership roles at HSBC Global, spanning product delivery, governance, and strategy.

In his new role, he will lead Phoebus’ delivery team, overseeing the implementation of Phoebus’ SaaS platform for new clients and ensuring seamless integration into their broader technology ecosystems.

He will also be responsible for overseeing the successful transition of existing clients to the Phoebus SaaS service, enabling them to unlock its full value – including optimising costs, reducing operational risk and supporting business growth.

Alistair’s appointment reflects Phoebus’ continued investment in strengthening its delivery capabilities as demand for its SaaS offering grows.
