Landbay appoints Joe Noon as Regional Account Manager for Yorkshire

Buy-to-let lender, Landbay, has today (8th June 2026) announced the appointment of Joe Noon as its new Regional Account Manager for the Yorkshire region.
He will report to Ian Hall, Landbay’s Head of Sales in the North, providing insight and sales support to brokers and advisory firms across the region on the lender’s full range of buy-to-let products covering Premier, Core, Specialist and Product Transfers.
Joe brings more than 12 years’ experience to the role having worked within the mortgage and specialist lending sectors in a number of positions. He started his career as a mortgage adviser with Lloyds Banking Group in 2013 before moving into broking and business development.
In 2017 he joined Metro Bank and has since held roles at Vida and The Mortgage Lender, working closely with brokers across a range of residential and specialist mortgage cases.
Landbay said Joe’s experience across advice, broking and business development would help the lender provide outstanding support to its broker partners in Yorkshire.
