Tracey Thomas Joins Loans Warehouse to Strengthens Network and Club Distribution

Loans Warehouse has announced the appointment of Tracey Thomas as Senior Relationship Manager – Network and Clubs, further strengthening its commitment to supporting intermediary partners and driving growth across its specialist finance proposition.

Tracey joins the award-winning broker following five successful years at Target Group, where she most recently held the position of Growth Specialist. Bringing extensive experience in relationship management, business development and intermediary engagement, she will play a key role in expanding Loans Warehouse’s presence across networks and clubs.

In her new role, Tracey will lead the continued growth and development of Loans Warehouse’s network and club partnerships, including key relationships with Legal & General Mortgage Club, Rosemount Financial Solutions, CFBUK and Fiducia Network. She will also focus on identifying and onboarding new distribution opportunities, with several significant partnership announcements expected in the coming months.

Working closely alongside Co-Founder and Director Matt Tristram, Tracey will promote the full range of Loans Warehouse solutions across second charge mortgages, bridging finance and development finance, helping advisers access specialist lending expertise and market-leading support.
