CAL moves to central Woking office as business continues to expand

18 June 2026

CAL, part of Movera, has announced the relocation of its Woking office to larger, more modern premises in the heart of the town, providing enhanced facilities for its growing team and improved accessibility for clients and partners.

Comprising of the two brands Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing, CAL was founded in Woking in 2002 and has maintained its presence in the town throughout its evolution into one of the UK’s leading panel management businesses.

The new office at Goldvale House has been selected to support both the company’s operational growth and its eco-sustainability ambitions. Offering significantly increased workspace and modern meeting facilities, the office will provide a better working environment for its growing number of employees while making it easier for broker and estate agency partners to visit. Located close to Woking’s mainline train station, the site offers excellent transport connections to London, the South East and South West.

The relocation also supports the business’s movement towards Net Zero status. Goldvale House features a range of sustainability-focused facilities, including energy-efficient lighting and electric vehicle charging points, helping to reduce the impact of day-to-day operations as the team grows.

Mark Tosetti, CEO at CAL commented:

“Given the growth of the business over the past two years, both in terms of our client base and our team, it is important that our office space reflects our ambitions and provides an environment where our people can do their best work to support brokers and agents whatever their needs.

“Remaining in Woking was important to us, and this new space will support the next phase of evolution while ensuring we maintain our local roots.

“The team and I are excited to welcome our broker, agents and law firms into this space with us where possible, allowing us to collaborate more closely with clients and continue to build those all-important relationships.”
