Paragon Bank welcomes Holly Morrison as Business Development Manager for Scotland

Paragon Bank has strengthened its buy-to-let mortgages sales team with Holly Morrison taking on the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) for Scotland.

Holly will support intermediary partners across Scotland, covering the AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KY, ML, PA, PH and TD postcode regions, and reports into Paragon’s Regional Manager for mortgage sales in the North, Samuel Debenham.

Holly's working days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with brokers supported by Paragon’s Customer Relationship Team on Mondays and Tuesdays.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in financial services, Holly brings a strong background in the intermediary sector, including roles at Scottish and Dunfermline Building Societies. Having spent more than eight years with Paragon, she has developed extensive knowledge of the lender’s proposition and built strong relationships with brokers across the Scottish market.

Holly is highly knowledgeable in the complexities of the Scottish buy-to-let sector and is a regular speaker at industry events, where she presents on market trends, opportunities and regulatory developments, as well as contributing to panel discussions.
