Halifax HPI becomes the Lloyds HPI 7th July 2026

Please note that from July 2026, the Halifax House Price Index becomes the Lloyds House Price Index, in line with the changes we announced last week. There are no changes to the methodology, which already included both Halifax and Lloyds mortgage data.

The Lloyds House Price Index for June 2026 will be issued via press release at 0700 hrs on Tuesday 7th July.
