Bridging and development finance lender HBI Capital joins Brickflow's panel

15 July 2026

Brickflow, the digital marketplace transforming how brokers source and secure specialist finance, today announces the addition of HBI Capital to its growing panel of lender partners, giving brokers quick and direct access to the specialist lender's bridging and development finance products.

HBI Capital takes an individually underwritten approach to pricing, assessing each transaction on its own strength and complexity rather than working from a fixed rate card. This allows the lender to consider more complex cases that might not fit a standardised criteria grid, while still offering brokers same-day decisions in principle.

Through the platform, brokers can now access HBI Capital's proposition via Brickflow:

  • Bridging, development, and auction finance from £100,000 to £2m.
  • Privately funded, enabling flexible, individually underwritten lending decisions.
  • Free in-house valuations on qualifying loans, helping to reduce costs and speed up transactions.
  • Dual legal representation available to simplify the legal process and minimise delays.
  • Individually underwritten pricing, with rates starting from 1% per month.

John Blahuta, Director at HBI Capital, commented:

“Bridging finance is ultimately about understanding the story behind the transaction. While every deal is assessed rigorously, we believe experienced judgement has an important role alongside process. By joining Brickflow, we’re making it simpler for brokers to access a lender that’s approachable, commercially minded and focused on helping transactions move forward.”

Glenn Franklin-Jones, Director of Lender Relations at Brickflow, added:

“We're always looking to widen the depth of expertise available to brokers on our panel, and HBI Capital's specialist approach adds real flexibility for the cases that don't fit a standard rate card. Bringing lenders like HBI onto the platform is exactly how we remove manual loan sourcing from the market, giving brokers a faster, clearer route to the right lender for every deal.”

HBI Capital is now live on the Brickflow platform, giving brokers immediate access to its criteria alongside Brickflow's wider panel of over 160 specialist lenders.
