We're increasing Clydesdale Product Transfer rates

We wanted to let you know that we’re increasing the following Clydesdale Residential fixed rates on Wednesday 29 July.
Core Residential Product Transfer Rates
- Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.23%.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate products for loans >£600k at 90% LTV will be withdrawn.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate products with a £499 fee at 90% LTV will have their maximum loan size increased to £1,000,000.
If you’re applying for one of these products on behalf of your customer, please send us the application by 8pm today.
