We've made a series of rate reductions across our residential and specialist lending ranges.
The latest changes see reductions across a number of our residential, impaired credit and buy-to-let products, with lower rates now available for customers with higher levels of equity.
Everyday Residential discounted products have been reduced by 40 basis points, with rates now available from 4.89% up to 70% LTV and 4.99% up to 80% LTV. We've also lowered rates across our specialist lending ranges for borrowers with impaired credit, helping customers who have experienced previous credit issues access lending solutions tailored to their circumstances.
Alongside these changes, a number of Limited Company Buy to Let and Limited Company Holiday Let products have also been repriced, including options available to expat landlords.
Portfolio Buy to Let and Expat Portfolio Buy to Let fixed rates have both been reduced by 20 basis points.
The changes reinforce our support for borrowers with lower loan-to-value requirements, including those seeking flexible interest-only lending. Where available, under the selected mortgage product and subject to lending criteria, the Society offers interest-only mortgages up to 60% LTV where repayment is through downsizing, or up to 75% LTV where an acceptable repayment vehicle is in place.
