Market Harborough Building Society appoints Brad Nicholls as Deputy Chief Finance Officer

Market Harborough Building Society has appointed experienced financial services leader Brad Nicholls as Deputy Chief Finance Officer as it continues to expand its specialist lending capabilities, further strengthen its customer and broker proposition and diversify into new markets.

Already known to many colleagues following a short time spent supporting the Society in 2025, Brad brings extensive experience across finance, lending, savings, treasury and risk. He has held senior leadership roles across the financial services industry, most recently serving as Director of Strategic Finance at Newcastle Building Society. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Nottingham Building Society, Arrow Global and The Co-operative Bank.

Brad joins the award-winning Society at a key stage of its growth journey, as it builds on success across its lending and savings business and invests in future opportunities - like the recent launch of its motor finance proposition. His broad experience will help support the Society's ambitions, whilst ensuring it remains well positioned to deliver long-term value for members, customers and broker partners.
