Recognise Bank increases residential bridging finance to 80% LTV and introduces AVMs

Recognise Bank, the SME property lending Bank, has today increased its loan-to-value (LTV) on residential bridging finance from 75% to 80% with immediate effect.
In addition, the Bank has introduced the use of short-form and automated valuations (AVMs) on selected residential bridging cases, helping to streamline customer journeys and improve speed of service.
The Bank’s bridging proposition supports a wide range of residential and commercial property types, including buy-to-let portfolios, HMOs, mixed-use and semi-commercial assets, commercial investment properties and owner-occupied businesses with rates starting from 0.77% per month.
The bridging solutions across residential and commercial assets allow a range of scenarios such as light refurbishment, development exits, auction purchases and time-sensitive transactions.
Recognise Bank continues to build on its strong growth, expanding its lending proposition and operational capability to support more brokers, property professionals and SMEs across the UK.
