We’re committed to making it easier for you to place business with us. Following your feedback, we’ve made some changes to our policy for customers who are employed on fixed term contracts.

Changes to fixed term contracts

Applicants on a fixed term contract who fall into one of the categories below will now be assessed under our standard employment criteria:

Medical doctors
Teachers (excluding supply teachers and teaching assistants)
UAE residents with a total contract duration of 3+ years

Applications for these customers will need to be submitted as permanently employed.
