CFBUK expands commercial finance propositions with appointment of Mark Grant

Experienced industry leader joins as Managing Director of CFBUK Network Ltd as the Group enters its next phase of growth.
Commercial Finance Brokers UK (CFBUK) has appointed respected industry figure Mark Grant as Managing Director of CFBUK Network Ltd, marking an important milestone in the Group’s continued growth and the expansion of its commercial finance proposition.
With more than 25 years’ experience across financial services, commercial finance and broker networks, Mark brings enormous expertise in supporting brokers, building successful adviser communities and developing long-term lender relationships.
His appointment comes as CFBUK expands its offering beyond specialist property finance to include a dedicated Business Finance proposition, creating a more comprehensive commercial finance solution for brokers, appointed representatives and introducers.
Kevin Macleod will continue to lead the CFBUK Property Finance Brokerage while supporting the property-focused Network proposition for firms with a regulated practice. Mark will lead the continued development of CFBUK Network Ltd, expanding the Group’s Business Finance offering through both a brokerage and Appointed Representative Network.
Together, the strengthened leadership team delivers dedicated focus across both property and business finance, enabling CFBUK to support a wider range of commercial funding requirements through a single trusted partner.
