Castle Trust Bank enhances Bridging range with new products, lower pricing and service improvements
13 August 2026
Castle Trust Bank has announced the first in a series of enhancements to its Bridging proposition, including new products, reduced pricing, a valuation fee incentive and further process improvements designed to help brokers and their clients move quickly.
The lender has introduced new Light Refurbishment Sale Exit products, which provide more choice for property investors carrying out refurbishment projects where the planned exit is the sale of the property.
Castle Trust Bank has also reduced pricing across selected Light and Heavy Refurbishment products, strengthening its proposition for customers looking to purchase and improve properties.
Alongside the product changes, the bank is introducing a valuation fee refund of up to £750 on completion for eligible Light Refurbishment cases.
These enhancements are supported by further improvements to the lender’s bridging process, with dedicated case managers now aligned to underwriters to help deliver faster and more streamlined case processing.
Anna Lewis, Commercial Director at Castle Trust Bank, said:
“Bridging is a market where speed, flexibility and certainty can make a real difference, so we are continually looking at how we can make our proposition work harder for brokers and their clients.
“These latest enhancements combine greater product choice and more competitive pricing with a valuable incentive and further improvements to the way we process cases. Aligning dedicated case managers with our underwriters will help us maintain momentum throughout an application and provide brokers with the support they need to get cases moving quickly.
“There’s a lot to talk about across the new range, so I’d encourage brokers to speak to their BDM about the changes and discuss how we can support their individual cases. And we’re not stopping here. We have more enhancements in the pipeline that we look forward to sharing soon.”
