Newcastle for Intermediaries expands intermediary mortgage range with launch of new products

Newcastle for Intermediaries has announced the launch of a range of new mortgage products, further strengthening its offering for intermediary partners and helping more borrowers access home ownership.
The enhanced range which includes the return of 90% LTV standard residential mortgages, reduced rates for self-employed borrowers and expanded JMSP options has been designed to complement the lender’s existing mortgage proposition and respond to the evolving needs of brokers and their clients.
The latest product changes include:
- The re-launch of 90% LTV standard residential mortgages
- Expansion of Enhanced Plus products to include 65% LTV
- The re-launch of fee assisted Interest Only mortgages
- Reduced rates across selected one-year self-employed mortgage products
- An expansion of the Joint Mortgage Sole Proprietor (JMSP) range to include both 80% and 90% LTV options
- The re-launch of the Society’s 5-year New Build mortgage range, offering up to 95% LTV options
The expanded range reflects Newcastle for Intermediaries’ continued commitment to supporting a broad spectrum of borrowers, from first-time buyers requiring higher LTV lending, to self-employed applicants and families looking to utilise JMSP arrangements
