Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), the mortgage, protection, and financial planning network, has integrated intelliflo office (IO) as its new customer relationship management (CRM) provider for member advisers.

intelliflo is the leading provider of software for financial advisers in the UK, with tools designed to improve efficiency and transparency while delivering outstanding service to customers. The intelliflo office CRM integrates agentic AI, which runs continuously in the background to scan for anomalies, prepare advisers for client reviews, and flag key insights.

Rosemount has worked extensively with intelliflo over the last nine months to configure the system to suit the needs of its individual advisers, avoiding the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach which has historically led to issues with other network systems. The bespoke, customisable result means the CRM can now be tailored to provide exactly what each adviser needs.

The partnership is the latest technology-focused improvement introduced by Rosemount in recent months. It follows the launch of ProCeding, an AI-based ceding scheme tool, and an AI-powered financial promotions tool designed to speed up approvals of promotions for members.
