Prestige Underwriting joins Source Insurance Landlord panel

Prestige Underwriting has joined the Source Insurance Landlord panel as the first underwriter of its 5-Star Defaqto rated Residential Landlord Insurance product.

It is the first common-worded product on the Source Landlord panel and represents an important step in broadening choice for advisers in the landlord sector.

The partnership comes at a significant time for the lettings market as landlords continue to weather the changes under the Renters’ Rights Act.

The Residential Landlord Insurance product includes Legal Expenses cover as standard, with Rent Guarantee available as an optional add-on to provide landlords with valuable protection and peace of mind in an evolving market.

As an award-winning MGA, Prestige Underwriting is widely recognised for its expertise and brings both its specialist underwriting capability and strong market experience in non-standard home insurance to the panel.
