LiveMore launches Living More podcast

21 August 2026

LiveMore has launched a new podcast series exclusively for brokers and advisers to share the latest insights and trends in both the specialist and the later life lending market.

The podcast is the most recent addition to a new website content hub featuring LiveMore’s best content and news in one place.

The new series, ‘Living More’, hosts conversations with industry leaders from across the company and the wider market. They chart LiveMore’s growth from its starting vision as a specialist lender to its latest technological innovation.

Intermediaries visiting the content hub will be able to see behind-the-scenes of how LiveMore can help those consumers who might otherwise struggle to get their mortgage approved by high-street lenders. This new format of the video podcast allows leaders across LiveMore and the wider mortgage space to have bold discussions about the issues currently affecting underserved borrowers and the importance of giving those borrowers holistic advice.

Future episodes of the podcast will also feature Charles Roe, who was appointed as industry adviser earlier last month. Roe taps into his extensive experience at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and UK Finance to bring another expert perspective to the conversations.

Video recordings of each episode can be viewed at any time on the Insights section of the website. The page provides an accessible and centralised hub for industry insights, company news, webinars and the latest episodes of ‘Living More’.

Leon Diamond, CEO at LiveMore, commented:

“Our new podcast is an exciting next step in LiveMore’s mission to unlock more options for consumers, regardless of what stage of life they have reached. I was able to kickstart the podcast by talking to our Chief Marketing Officer, Dan Broadwood, about the journey of starting LiveMore and its founding goals – saying yes to more borrowers who are coming up against restrictive criteria from mainstream lenders.

Having all our best content in one easily accessible place also provides more information to brokers about how our different solutions can help cases that don’t fit the traditional image of the ideal borrower.”

LiveMore recently decided to lower its minimum borrowing age to 40 to reflect the changing financial needs of borrowers, enabling the lender to use its experience and knowledge of complex lending to assist more borrowers in midlife.

The changes form part of LiveMore’s wider commitment to improving access to lending for underserved borrowers, giving brokers greater flexibility to support customers with more complex financial backgrounds and evolving affordability needs.
