OPDA welcomes iamproperty as newest member

iamproperty has become the newest member of the Open Property Data Association (OPDA), joining its mission to transform the home buying and selling journey.

The Newcastle-based business is the latest firm to join the ranks of the OPDA, reflecting the growing industry momentum to modernise property transactions, reduce delays and create a more transparent and efficient experience for consumers.

iamproperty is one of the UK’s fastest growing property technology businesses, with its digital solutions supporting estate agents across the entire buying, selling and lettings process.

The firm was founded by Ben Ridgway and Jamie Cooke in 2009 to empower agents to succeed with market-leading tech and support. The business now works with over 7,000 branches across the UK.

iamproperty pioneered the Modern Method of Auction, making completion possible in as little as 56-days1. It recently launched Sale Ready, helping Private Treaty to catch up a little by bringing more information upfront to speed up transactions by an average of 4 weeks2.

The firm has been at the forefront of pioneering data sharing across the property eco-system, collaborating with other firms in the Smart Property Data Trust Framework sandbox and hackathon events, hosted by the OPDA and the Digital Property Market Steering Group (DPMSG).
