Evolve Lending Group has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as a Lender Member.
Evolve Lending Group is an independent, privately-funded secured lender operating in an exclusive joint venture partnership with Empowered Pensions Group. Specialising in agile, intelligent capital solutions for UK trading businesses, entrepreneurs, and property professionals, Evolve delivers standalone first-charge bridging over £750,000, as well as sub £750,000 equitable, second-charge bridging, and bespoke Revolving Credit Facilities.
The BDLA is the UK’s only trade association dedicated to representing the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers. Its membership brings together lenders and associate firms from across the sector, including funders, legal firms, valuers, technology providers and other professional services businesses.
Adam Tyler, CEO of the BDLA, commented:
“We’re very pleased to welcome Evolve Lending Group as a Lender Member. Independent lenders have an important role in meeting needs that do not always fit standard funding models, and Evolve’s focus on trading businesses, entrepreneurs and property professionals adds a useful voice to our membership.
“The market depends on lenders combining quick decisions with sound underwriting and clear communication. We look forward to working closely with Theo and the Evolve team as we continue to champion excellence across the specialist property finance sector.”
Theo Kemp, Founding Principal and Managing Director at Evolve Lending Group, said:
“Securing BDLA membership is a proud milestone for Evolve Lending Group and a clear testament to how we operate: as a robust, responsible principal lender delivering dependable, highly structured capital with complete fee transparency.
“As a dedicated independent lender, joining the BDLA reinforces our commitment to ethical practices, rapid execution, expansion and market-leading service.
“We look forward to actively contributing to the BDLA’s initiative, collaborating with fellow industry leaders, and helping shape the future of high-standard specialist property finance in the UK.”
