Sesame Bankhall Group accelerates OneView development with JammJar technology partnership

03 September 2026

  • OneView brings adviser and firm information into one platform, supporting advisers and principals in how they run and grow their businesses
  • The JammJar partnership will add AI-led case insight, helping advisers spend more time with clients and less time navigating process

3rd September 2026 – Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG) is accelerating the next stage of development for OneView, its adviser and principal platform launched earlier this year, to help advisers spend more time with clients and give firm principals clearer access to the information they need to run and grow their businesses. The next phase will be supported through a new technology partnership with JammJar, a leading mortgage and protection technology specialist using AI to help firms analyse case data faster and reduce manual administration.

SBG has developed OneView to free up more adviser time for client conversations by bringing key tools, information and processes into one place. Work is now underway to integrate JammJar’s AI and data capability into the platform, with the aim of supporting faster analysis of mortgage and protection cases and helping advisers identify missing information or potential issues earlier in the process.

Developed in-house by SBG, OneView gives principals a single place to access the information they need to understand activity across their firm, identify where cases may need attention and support decisions about growth. For advisers, it provides clearer visibility of case activity and helps reduce the duplication and manual follow-up that can slow cases down.

Shane Wright, SBG’s Chief Technology Officer, said:

“OneView is a core part of our technology strategy because it gives us a platform we can continue to build around the needs of principals, advisers and the firms they work in. We developed it in-house so we could control the roadmap, respond quickly to feedback and bring more of the adviser and principal journey into one place. The aim is simple: to help advisers spend more time with their clients, while giving principals clearer access to the information they need to run and grow their businesses.

“We looked carefully at the market and selected JammJar as the right partner because of its proven AI capability and depth of experience in mortgage and protection technology. Working together means we can accelerate the AI and data capability within OneView, while keeping the platform aligned to our strategy and the needs of our members.”

Karl Griffin, CEO of JammJar, said:

“The mortgage and protection process still requires advisers to spend far too much time checking, chasing and rekeying information. By integrating JammJar into OneView, we can turn case data into clear, timely insight, flag missing information and help to keep cases moving.

“SBG has a clear vision for how AI can improve the working day for advisers and firm principals. It's not about adding technology for the sake of it. It's about making the system, which advisers use already, work harder for them, so they can spend more time understanding and supporting their clients. OneView gives us the chance to put that into practice across one of the UK’s largest adviser groups.”

Launched in April, OneView is available on mobile, tablet or laptop and is being developed as part of SBG’s wider technology roadmap. SBG will continue to build the platform around the needs of advisers and firms across the group, with further enhancements planned to bring more of the adviser and principal journey into one place.
