Hope Capital Property Finance Unveils New Liverpool Headquarters
04 September 2026
Hope Capital Property Finance has unveiled its new 10,000 sq. ft. headquarters at Alaska House in Liverpool, following a significant financial investment in its future.
Established in 2011 from a 900 sq. ft. office, the business has grown significantly while remaining firmly rooted in the local area. In 2018, the company moved into a 3,000 sq. ft. office at Alaska House with a team of nine. Today, following its 2025 rebrand, Hope Capital Property Finance employs 45 people and is the largest privately owned specialist finance company in the area.
The new headquarters has been designed to support the company’s continued growth and provide an inspiring environment for its expanding team. The 10,000 sq. ft. space includes an auditorium, extensive meeting spaces, video call booths, a dedicated media room and social areas, including a bar, designed to encourage collaboration, creativity and team connection.
Jonathan Sealey, CEO of Hope Capital Property Finance, said:
“We are incredibly proud of how far the business has come. From a small start-up operation to a 45-strong team and a 10,000 sq. ft. headquarters, this investment reflects our ambition for the future.
We have deliberately remained in Liverpool throughout our growth. Liverpool is at the heart of who we are, and we are incredibly proud to have grown our business here, creating jobs, attracting talented people and investing in the local community. Our new headquarters is another significant investment in both our people and the area we have called home since 2011.”
Steve Sealey, Chairman, said:
“Our journey has always been closely connected to this community. We have grown here, recruited here and invested here, and we are proud of the contribution we continue to make to the local area.
This new headquarters represents a significant vote of confidence, from our investors, our people and in Liverpool itself. We are incredibly proud of what we have built and excited about what comes next.”
The company has also attracted experienced professionals from mainstream banking organisations, including Barclays, Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland, bringing additional expertise into the local specialist finance sector.
Kate Cowan, Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Hope Capital Property Finance, said:
“We wanted to create a headquarters that matched the ambition of the business and, most importantly, gave our people the environment they need to succeed.
Every aspect of the new workplace has been considered around how our team works, collaborates and grows. This is an investment in our people as much as it is in our premises.”
The refurbishment was delivered by North West-based construction company Mountain Earth, transforming the space into a modern headquarters designed around the needs of a growing business.
The project demonstrates how investment in high-quality workplace environments can support business growth while contributing to the wider local economy.
