Somo joins Knowledge Bank to give brokers real-time access to its bridging finance criteria

Somo, the award-winning specialist bridging and short-term finance lender, has joined Knowledge Bank, the UK's leading criteria search platform for mortgage and specialist finance intermediaries.

The move means brokers using Knowledge Bank can now search Somo's lending criteria live, alongside hundreds of other lenders across the residential, buy-to-let, bridging and commercial markets. Intermediaries will be able to quickly check whether a case fits Somo's classic bridging loans, second charge loans, homeowner business loans and other specialist products, without having to trawl lending guides for every enquiry.

Joining Knowledge Bank gives Somo's criteria greater visibility among the thousands of brokers who use the platform to source specialist lending options for their clients, while giving those brokers one more route to place complex cases with confidence.
