Nivo relaunches website to help brokers assess AI costs and time savings

10 September 2026

Nivo has relaunched its website to help brokers assess how AI could reduce the time and cost of gathering, checking and chasing documents, with full pricing and a sample case report showing what its Nivo Collect service delivers
.
The new site gives broker firms the information they need to judge how the Nivo Collect service could work in their business before committing to a sales call. Brokers can review a complete example of the checked evidence pack and case analysis, compare Collect with document-checking tools and see exactly what is included in the monthly cost.

Nivo Collect gives each brokerage its own AI assistant that works over email, gathering and checking the evidence needed to support a mortgage application. Brokers simply email in a case, with the assistant then identifying what is required, collecting documents, identity evidence and searches from every applicant, and chasing anything outstanding.

The service checks the information supplied against what applicants have declared and returns a checked evidence pack ready for submission. An accompanying case report sets out readiness for submission, affordability based on the evidence and any issues that need the broker’s attention. This allows advisers and administrators to spend more time supporting clients and progressing cases.

The sample report on the website shows how this works through a fictional residential purchase. Published pricing also helps firms assess the potential savings against their existing administration costs. The service starts from £1,000 a month, with a single allowance covering the AI’s work, identity checks and every feature. There is no setup fee, no per-user licence charge and no minimum term.

A typical case uses between £10 and £40 of that allowance. Nivo’s research, based on more than 100 surveys with UK brokers and lenders, puts the administration involved in a case at around five hours and roughly £150.

George Lee, Marketing Lead at Nivo, said:

“Brokers are being asked to sit through a lot of demos at the moment, and it’s hard to tell one claim from another. We wanted to make it easier for them to assess Collect, so we’ve put everything on the website: the price, a full sample of what they receive and an honest comparison with the tools we’re measured against.

“They can see what the service does, what it costs and how it could fit into their business. Getting started is just as straightforward. Collect works over email, with nothing to install and no integration project, so brokerages can be live the same day.

“We’re also clear about what Collect does and where human judgement comes in. It produces a checked evidence pack and an analysis, but it does not give advice or make credit decisions. The adviser makes the call, and the client relationship stays with the brokerage.””

The new Nivo website also sets out how client information is protected, with every message, file, check and AI action recorded in an audit trail that cannot be altered. No client data is used to train the underlying models.

Nivo holds ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and ISO 9001 certification, alongside Cyber Essentials Plus, DIATF and FSQS. Collect is built on the Nivo platform, which is used by more than 100 lenders and brokers.
