15 September 2026
Leading outsourcing and software provider Target Group has achieved its highest-ever client satisfaction score, recording an overall CSAT rating of 4.44 out of 5, just six months after setting its previous record of 4.25.
The result reflects continued improvements across service delivery, technology support, project delivery and client relationship management, while moving the business closer to its long-term ambition of achieving a CSAT score of 4.5.
Alongside the overall score, Target achieved a record relationship satisfaction score of 4.65 out of 5, highlighting the strength of the partnerships it has built with clients across the financial services sector.
This latest survey saw record levels of client participation, providing a broad range of feedback on Target’s performance across technology, outsourcing, servicing and digital transformation. Client feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with clients highlighting the quality of service, recognising individual colleagues and sharing their willingness to recommend Target to others.
The results reflect the continued focus across the business on delivering for clients, with teams across operations, risk, compliance, technology and other key support functions working alongside client-facing colleagues to deliver a consistently high level of service and support.
The survey also demonstrated strong levels of client advocacy, with 84% of respondents saying they would recommend Target to others, while no respondents indicated they would not.
Scott Bowman, Head of Operations at Target Group, said:
"Achieving our highest-ever client satisfaction score is a fantastic achievement, particularly given that we only reached our previous highest score six months ago. It's a great testament to the talent across our business and our colleagues' commitment to delivering for clients every day.
“What makes this result especially important is that it reflects the experience of clients across the breadth of our business. It isn't down to one team, one product or one initiative. It's the result of colleagues consistently doing the right thing for clients, solving problems, building trusted relationships and taking pride in the service and support they deliver.
“What also stands out is the level of engagement from our clients. More clients than ever before chose to share their views, giving us valuable insight into what we're doing well and where we can continue to improve.
“Client relationships are fundamental to our success. We want our clients to see us as an extension of their team and a trusted partner that understands their business, their objectives and the challenges they face. While we're proud of this result, we're not standing still and remain focused on continuing to raise the bar."
