The Mortgage Hub goes live with JammJar
15 September 2026
The Mortgage Hub has gone live with JammJar, adopting the AI-powered operating system to support its advisers, and streamline the way it manages clients and cases.
JammJar combines AI, workflow automation and intelligent business insights to help firms reduce administration, strengthen compliance and give advisers more time to focus on clients. The platform brings people, processes, communication and data together, with AI at the heart of the mortgage advice journey.
The Mortgage Hub’s go-live follows recent adoption announcements from Allisons Financial Planning and Chartwell Mortgage Services, as JammJar continues to build momentum ahead of the launch of its next-generation technology.
The latest version of the platform will be unveiled during a live online webinar, Are the days of the traditional CRM numbered?, taking place at 11am on Thursday 17 September 2026.
Attendees will see an upgraded AI Assistant, configurable workflow automation, AI agents that help progress cases, enhanced business reporting, deeper Microsoft and iPipeline integrations, and a redesigned customer experience.
The webinar is free to attend and registration is now open here.
Lynsey Campbell, The Mortgage Hub, said:
“We chose JammJar because we wanted technology that could bring more of our day-to-day work together and make life easier for our advisers. The appeal was being able to connect client information and case management, with AI and automation helping to reduce the repetitive administration around advice.
“Clients need someone who can explain their options, answer their questions and support them through the mortgage process and we want our advisers focused on those conversations, rather than spending that time maintaining systems. Going live with JammJar is an important step towards that.”
Karl Griffin, CEO and co-founder of JammJar, said:
“The Mortgage Hub is part of a growing number of advice firms choosing JammJar to change how they work, not just change their CRM. They want technology that does more of the work, rather than giving their advisers more work to do.
“Register for our webinar at 11am on 17 September and we’ll show you what that looks like in practice. Come and see the difference JammJar could make to your business – and what getting that time back could mean for your life.”
