Simplybiz Mortgages and FIBA expand Specialist Property Finance Panel with six new partners
05 October 2026
Simplybiz Mortgages and the Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA) have announced the expansion of their Specialist Property Finance Panel with the addition of six new lending partners.
The growth of the panel, which was launched in March this year, further enhances the proposition available to brokers and advisers across both organisations who wish to strengthen their presence within the specialist property finance market.
The latest expansion welcomes Catalyst Property Finance, Foundation for intermediaries, Greenfield Bridging, MT Finance, Reward Funding, and Together to the panel, adding to the range of eleven partners who were involved from launch. The panel provides Simplybiz Mortgages and FIBA members with direct access to a broad range of specialist lending solutions spanning bridging finance, specialist buy-to-let, commercial finance, property investment lending, development finance, and revolving credit facilities.
The Specialist Property Finance Panel forms part of a wider proposition designed to help advisers diversify their businesses, support increasingly complex client needs, and unlock new revenue opportunities beyond traditional residential mortgage advice.
Drawing on extensive educational, technical, and professional support available through FIBA, the proposition combines lender access with specialist knowledge, market insight, and development opportunities to help firms build confidence within this growing sector. It complements the wider specialist property finance support available to FIBA members, including the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance qualification, FIBA Academy, and online Knowledge Hub, all designed to support adviser development and market accessibility.
Martin Reynolds, Chair of FIBA and CEO of Simplybiz Mortgages, commented:
"The response to the enhanced Specialist Property Finance Panel since it launched earlier this year has demonstrated both the appetite for specialist lending support and the opportunities available to advisers operating in this market.
"By welcoming six additional specialist lenders to the panel, we are further strengthening a proposition that enables advisers to access a broader range of funding solutions for their clients while also benefiting from the education, expertise, and support available through FIBA.”
Nick Parker, Sales Director at Together, added:
“We are delighted to join the Specialist Property Finance Panel and further strengthen our valued partnerships with Simplybiz Mortgages and FIBA. At the same time, we’ll bring greater lender choice, specialist expertise, and practical support, all helping to build broker knowledge and confidence in identifying more opportunities to meet the needs of a wider range of clients.
“As a founding contributor to the content within the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance qualification, Together is proud to support the education that underpins growth in the specialist lending sector. On joining this panel, Simplybiz Mortgages and FIBA members will benefit from greater access to our broad range of property finance solutions, backed by the expertise and insight we have developed over more than 50 years.”
Further enhancements to the Specialist Property Finance Panel proposition are planned as Simplybiz Mortgages and FIBA continue to invest in solutions that support advisers operating across the specialist property finance market.
