We’re increasing residential new business fixed rates

We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Tuesday 13 October.
Purchase
- 60% & 75% 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.05%
- 60% & 75% 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.05%
Remortgage
- Selected 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%
- Selected 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.09%
If you’re applying for one of these products on behalf of your customer, please send us the application by 8pm today.
