Alternative Bridging announces broker webinar to help make commercial mortgage applications more straightforward

Alternative Bridging Corporation is hosting a broker webinar aimed at helping make commercial mortgage applications more straightforward.

Taking place on Thursday 22 October from 11:00am to 11:30am, the webinar will take brokers through the commercial mortgage application process and show how cases can be submitted and managed as simply as possible.

Hosted by Paul Gavin, Head of Sales, and Radhika Patel, Internal Business Development Manager at Alternative Bridging Corporation, the session will include a live demonstration of the Alternative Commercial Mortgages broker portal, covering how brokers can obtain an Agreement in Principle, submit an application and manage a case through the platform.

The webinar follows the successful launch of Alternative Commercial Mortgages (ACM) in September, which saw Alternative Bridging expand its proposition into long-term mortgage lending across commercial, semi-commercial and residential buy-to-let property.

The webinar will also give brokers the chance to see how the portal fits alongside the wider ACM service, including direct access to the lender’s team for cases that need further discussion.
