13 October 2026
Masthaven Finance has appointed Viki Springall as Director of Marketing to lead its marketing strategy and support its next phase of growth. The experienced marketer returns to the business following its recognition in the Financial Times’ ranking of The UK’s Fastest-Growing Companies.
Springall brings more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, with a particular focus on specialist lending, mortgages and intermediary marketing.
She returns to Masthaven having most recently served as Group Marketing Director at OSB Group, where she led marketing across multiple specialist lending and savings brands.
In the newly created role, she will lead Masthaven’s marketing strategy across brand, proposition and communications as the lender continues to develop its proposition and strengthen its relationships with brokers.
Springall’s appointment forms part of Masthaven’s continued investment in its team, with 17 new colleagues joining the business since January 2026 across sales, lending and servicing.
Viki Springall, Director of Marketing at Masthaven Finance, said:
“I’m delighted to be returning to Masthaven and to be joining the business at such an exciting time.
“Having previously worked here, I know the strength of the team, the expertise within the business and the strong relationships Masthaven has built across the intermediary market.
“The specialist lending market continues to evolve, and there is a real opportunity for Masthaven to build on its strengths while making it even easier for brokers to understand and access our proposition.”
Andrew Bloom, Chief Executive Officer at Masthaven Finance, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Viki back to Masthaven. Her extensive experience across specialist lending and marketing, combined with her knowledge of the business and the intermediary market, makes her a fantastic addition to the team.
“Viki will play an important role in supporting our growth ambitions and ensuring our marketing strategy continues to reflect the needs of our brokers and customers.”
