Foundation achieves Great Place to Work certification

Foundation, the intermediary-only specialist lender, has achieved the Great Place To Work certification, making it one of the country’s top employers and workplaces.

The prestigious accreditation is determined entirely by independent colleague feedback, which found that 93% of Foundation colleagues believe it is a great place to work. This is considerably higher than 54% of colleagues at the typical UK business.

Colleague feedback was particularly strong across fairness, inclusion, belonging and workplace safety, reinforcing Foundation’s commitment to creating an environment where people feel respected, supported and able to be themselves at work. This positive experience extends to the working environment itself, with 95% of colleagues agreeing that Foundation’s facilities contribute to a good working environment.

The recognition comes as Foundation’s team of nearly 300 colleagues continue to support intermediaries with complex buy-to-let and residential cases across the UK. With advisers relying on knowledgeable, responsive teams to help navigate cases that fall outside the mainstream, the accreditation provides further recognition of the people, culture and values behind the service Foundation delivers to its intermediary partners.
