JammJar appoints James Prosser as Growth & Partnerships Director
26 October 2026
JammJar, the AI-powered operating system for mortgage advice firms, has appointed James Prosser as Growth & Partnerships Director.
James brings more than 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and was most recently Commercial Director at Mortgage Strategy.
He will work closely with Karl Griffin and the JammJar team to grow the business, build partnerships and develop relationships with brokerages, networks, mortgage clubs and the wider industry.
A key part of his role will be building on JammJar’s existing relationships with brokers, working closely with firms to understand how their needs are changing and ensure the platform continues to develop in response. These conversations will also help identify new opportunities for JammJar to support brokers and grow its presence across the market.
James will also help shape JammJar’s marketing, events and industry partnerships, building awareness and turning interest in the platform into lasting customer relationships.
JammJar brings client information, case management and communications together, using AI and automation to reduce repetitive administration and give advisers more time with clients.
James Prosser, Growth & Partnerships Director at JammJar, said:
“For the past 20 years, I’ve said that brokers should be able to run their business from one operating system. Having seen what JammJar is building, I believe this is the transformative technology that will enable us to deliver exactly that.
“I’ve spent much of my career building relationships and bringing people together across the mortgage industry. For me, this role starts with getting out and listening to brokers, understanding their businesses and showing how JammJar can give their people more time to advise clients and grow.
“The opportunity to build this alongside Karl and the team is one I couldn’t pass up. I believe in what we’re doing and I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
Karl Griffin, CEO and co-founder of JammJar, said:
“James really knows the mortgage market and has spent his career building relationships across it. That will be a huge help as we introduce JammJar to more firms and work more closely with networks, clubs and other industry partners.
“Broker feedback has shaped what we’ve built so far. James will help us keep those conversations going, so we continue to build technology that gives advisers more time with clients and helps firms grow.”
