OMS integrates with Keychain

27 October 2026

One Mortgage System (OMS), the CRM and loan origination platform for intermediaries and lenders, has added Keychain to its growing range of CRM integrations, providing OMS users with access to faster digital client onboarding and AI-powered document analysis technology.

Keychain enables brokers to manage a range of early-stage client tasks, including digital fact finds, medical questionnaires, secure document collection and e-signing. Its AI-powered technology can analyse and verify documents, identify missing information and flag potential issues, helping brokers address gaps before a case progresses. Automated reminders can also be used to prompt clients for outstanding information.

The integration has been developed closely with existing OMS and Keychain clients, with more than 600 live mortgage, protection and specialist finance cases flowing from Keychain into OMS over the last few months.

As part of the integration, Keychain will offer OMS users an extended free trial period, allowing firms to assess how the technology works within their own business before deciding whether to continue with the service.

OMS and Keychain will also host a joint webinar on the 10th November to demonstrate the new functionality and explore the practical use of AI within the mortgage process. To register for the webinar, click here.

OMS is the UK’s only end-to-end platform covering residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, and commercial mortgages - plus general insurance, and protection - to provide users with best in class for product sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.

Jodie Andrews, Head of Sales, Marketing & Partnerships at One Mortgage System, commented:

“A modern CRM should be doing far more than simply managing client and case information. Brokers increasingly need access to specialist tools at different stages of the mortgage process, but that shouldn’t mean adding more keying and more complexity.

“Our focus is on extending what brokers can access through OMS by working with providers that solve specific problems. Keychain is a good example of that approach, bringing AI-powered document analysis and client onboarding into the wider OMS environment and giving brokers more ways to save time, improve efficiency and focus on growing their business.”

Jack Rogers, co-founder of Keychain, commented:

“OMS has a strong focus on bringing the best tools together in one place through integrations. We’re delighted to integrate with a business that shares our view that technology should make advisers’ lives easier and improve the experience for clients.

“Keychain is a specialist platform for client onboarding, covering everything from fact finding and document collection to AI-powered document analysis. The integration means firms can use those capabilities while information flows directly into OMS. We’ve already seen from mutual clients how much time this can save advisers and administrators, and we’re excited to make that experience available to more OMS users.”

Liz Syms, CEO of Connect for Intermediaries, an OMS and Keychain client, commented:

“Client onboarding is where most of the time goes at the start of a case. Since we introduced Keychain, clients complete their fact find and upload documents in a few clicks, the automated reminders do the chasing, and our advisers and administrators are no longer asking for the same information twice. That has given the team back hours every week to spend on advice rather than admin.

“The integration with OMS removes the step nobody enjoyed, which was keying the same client details into a second system. Cases and documents now flow straight through into OMS, so the information is captured once. Across a network of our size that is a significant saving on every case, and it also takes away the errors that creep in when data is re-typed.”
