Loans Warehouse announces network partnerships with newly launched Flexi Network

28 October 2026

Loans Warehouse has further strengthened its position in the intermediary market after being appointed as a specialist lending partner to the newly launched Flexi Network.

The appointment will see Loans Warehouse support Flexi Network advisers with second charge mortgages, bridging finance and development finance, providing members with direct access to its award-winning specialist brokerage teams.

The new partnership also expands Loans Warehouse’s relationship with the wider group, which includes My Mortgage Co, creating an increasingly significant distribution partnership across the group.

Flexi Network has entered the market with a proposition designed to give mortgage and protection advisers greater freedom over how they build and operate their businesses.

Its model combines whole-of-market access with compliance, CRM and operational support, while avoiding many of the restrictions traditionally associated with network membership. The network also specifically recognises specialist advisers and brokers dealing with complex and niche lending as part of its target membership.

Matt Tristram, Co-Founder and Director of Loans Warehouse, said:

“We’ve known Amanda Cunliffe and the team for some time through our relationship with the wider group, so being asked to support Flexi Network from the early stages of its journey is particularly exciting for us.

“Flexi is another example of how the network market is evolving. Advisers increasingly want the freedom to build their own businesses and brands, while still having access to great technology, compliance support and strong partners when they need specialist expertise.

“That last part is where we come in.

“Our approach has always been that when a broker introduces a client to Loans Warehouse, we become an extension of their business. The relationship with their client remains incredibly important, and our job is to provide the specialist knowledge and service that helps the adviser deliver the right outcome.

“With Flexi Network now alongside My Mortgage Co, this is becoming a really important relationship for Loans Warehouse and one we're looking forward to developing considerably over the coming years.”

Flexi Network offers its members whole-of-market access across mortgages, protection, insurance and specialist lending, alongside a flexible operating model with no long-term contracts and weekly payment runs.

Amanda Cunliffe, Director of Flexi Network, said:

“We built Flexi Network so advisers can run their businesses their way, but freedom only works if the right support is there when a case gets complicated. Specialist lending is exactly that, and we wanted a partner our members can rely on from day one.

“Loans Warehouse has already proven itself across our wider group. Their team treats every introduction as if it were their own client, keeps the adviser at the centre of the relationship and gets cases over the line. We’re delighted to be bringing that expertise to Flexi advisers and their clients.”

The appointment continues a period of significant expansion for Loans Warehouse’s intermediary proposition, as the broker develops relationships with networks, mortgage clubs and adviser firms across the UK.
