Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) welcomes When The Bank Says No to network

04 November 2026

Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), the mortgage, protection, and financial planning network, has welcomed mortgage advisory firm When The Bank Says No to the network.

When The Bank Says No is one of the largest independent mortgage brokerages in the UK, and was established by Emma Jones in 2022. It specialises in supporting borrowers with complex mortgage requirements, such as the self-employed, those with a poor credit history or who are looking to borrow against non-standard property types. It has grown consistently as a directly authorised firm , with seven advisers now operating within the business , but has now transitioned to become an appointed representative of Rosemount.

The move comes after The Retirement Studio, a retirement and pension-focused adviser founded by Emma Jones, launched earlier this year as an appointed representative of Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA).

Rosemount has seen sustained growth this year, reporting the addition of 10 new advisers in Q3 of 2026. According to independent analysis from Network Consulting, it is among the fastest-growing networks in the country.

Ahmed Bawa, CEO of Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), said:

“We are thrilled to welcome Emma and her team to the Rosemount family. When The Bank Says No has built an impeccable reputation for delivering for those who have been declined by their bank, whatever the reasons, and that client-focused approach lines up perfectly with how we work across the network. To have them as part of our network is an incredible coup, and reflects the proposition that we offer ambitious advice firms.

“Rosemount has seen significant interest from directly authorised advisers, who have recognised that working with a top-class network lightens the compliance load, allowing them to focus on the advice process itself. A trend I expect to continue in the months and years ahead.”

Emma Jones, founder of When The Bank Says No, added:

“I have seen first-hand the support that Rosemount offers since launching The Retirement Studio, and how welcoming the network is to new joiners. When we decided it was time for When The Bank Says No to move to a network, we had no shortage of opportunities, but the family feel and commitment to helping us achieve our ambitions meant Rosemount was always the first choice. The network has invested extensively in technology and the tools which make life easier for advisers, which was an important factor for us too.

“This move will allow us to broaden our services into financial planning, going further to support those ordinary borrowers who are turned down by lenders every day.”
