Together extends concierge service to Commercial Trust clients
04 November 2026
Commercial Trust has enhanced its relationship with specialist lender Together through access to a dedicated concierge service designed to accelerate bridging loan applications and deliver faster outcomes for borrowers.
The service provides Commercial Trust advisers with direct access to Together's specialist underwriting team, helping suitable bridging loan applications progress from initial application through to an underwriter-assessed offer in principle, potentially within a matter of hours. This allows transactions to move towards legal stage significantly faster than traditional processing routes.
The enhanced service is particularly valuable for property investors, developers, auction purchasers and borrowers operating against tight deadlines where speed of funding can be critical.
Direct and immediate underwriter access
Through direct engagement with Together's underwriting team, Commercial Trust advisers can potentially have an application submitted, reviewed, assessed using an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) where appropriate, and receive an underwriter-assessed offer in principle within just a few hours.
Whether securing an auction purchase, funding a refurbishment project, completing a property flip or preventing a transaction from falling through, the ability to reach key lending decisions quickly can make a significant difference.
More efficient valuation handling
Valuations are often a key factor in determining how quickly bridging loan applications can proceed.
Through the concierge service, Together's underwriting team can maintain closer oversight of valuation requirements and supporting documentation, helping to minimise delays and provide greater visibility throughout the process.
This is particularly beneficial for complex property transactions involving specialist assets, refurbishment projects or circumstances where rapid decision-making is critical.
Pricing benefits
Alongside faster service and improved communication, Commercial Trust advisers are also able to access preferential pricing on qualifying bridging loan cases through the concierge arrangement.
This creates further potential value for property investors, developers and other bridging loan borrowers while maintaining access to Together's flexible approach to specialist property finance.
Commenting on the announcement, Jorden Abbs, Chief Executive at Commercial Trust, said:
"Speed is often the single most important factor in bridging finance.
“Our clients are frequently working towards strict deadlines, whether that's acquiring a property at auction, securing a time-sensitive investment opportunity or funding a refurbishment project. The ability to progress suitable applications from submission to an underwriter-assessed offer in principle within a matter of hours represents a significant advantage in the marketplace.
“Together has long been a valued lending partner, and access to its concierge service strengthens our ability to deliver the fast, flexible bridging loan solutions that our clients increasingly require.
“By helping applications move more quickly, we're able to give clients greater confidence that their transaction can complete within the timeframe they need."
Maeve Ward, Intermediary Sales Director at Together added:
“In the fast-moving bridging finance market, speed, clarity, and direct communication are everything. Property investors and developers are frequently up against incredibly tight deadlines where delays can make or break a transaction. By extending our dedicated concierge service to Commercial Trust, we are giving their advisers direct, immediate access to our expert underwriting team.
“Our concierge service will deepen our collaboration with Commercial Trust, combining our 52 years of specialist lending knowledge with their strong advisory expertise to provide faster, more efficient outcomes for clients.”
Commercial Trust has worked closely with Together for many years. The introduction of the concierge service further strengthens the relationship between the two organisations and supports Commercial Trust's commitment to delivering specialist bridging loan solutions.
