Precise’s new residential platform delivers day one offer for remortgage client

Precise has helped a broker secure a day one offer for a self-employed customer, demonstrating how its new residential platform, Resi 2.0, is helping brokers achieve faster outcomes for their clients.
Broker Raul Vila Nova of Fluent Mortgages Horwich approached Precise on behalf of a self-employed customer seeking a remortgage on an unencumbered residential property to consolidate debt and raise capital. The additional borrowing was needed to cover an unexpected tax liability after the customer transitioned from sole trader to limited company status.
Using Precise’s new residential platform, the case received an instant AVM, with the underwriter quickly identifying and resolving a query relating to legal costs before issuing an offer on day one, something the previous platform would not have been able to deliver.
The broker had also considered a competitor lender, but Precise’s ability to accommodate the capital raising element of the application proved decisive.
Emily Hollands, Group Head of Intermediary Sales and Distribution, Precise said:
“This case shows how our residential platform is helping brokers deliver faster outcomes for their clients. The combination of an instant AVM, quicker processing and expert underwriting support meant we could assess the case quickly and issue an offer on day one, helping the broker progress the application efficiently.”
