Nivo makes it easier for lenders to put AI assistants to the test

Nivo has launched a new website to help lenders try its AI Assistant for Lenders free for two weeks, with no commitment to continue.

The service takes on the administration needed to get cases ready for underwriting, helping lenders to increase capacity. The assistant gathers, checks and chases information from the first case enquiry, working by email and following each lender’s products, criteria and policies. It prepares a report and supporting evidence pack for the underwriter, then manages further administration after a decision, including documents and signatures. All lending decisions remain with the lender’s team.

Built on two years of Nivo’s work on lender AI projects, the service supports markets including bridging, development finance, commercial mortgages and asset finance. It has been designed to help lenders start using AI on their own cases quickly, without a lengthy technology project.

With no set-up fee and no commitment beyond the free trial, lenders can see how the assistant works with their team and measure the results before deciding whether to continue. The new website includes a demonstration film, sample underwriter reports, a view of its case management console and a downloadable brochure.

Lenders can choose which tasks the assistant takes on, starting with internal use and staff approval of messages before extending it to work directly with brokers and borrowers.

For lenders who choose to continue after the free trial, the service starts from £1,000 plus VAT a month on a rolling monthly basis.
