The AFP Partnership signs up for Home Buyer Systems’ “Protect & Insure” sales and compliance process

30 June 2010

Mortgage and protection IFA, The AFP Partnership, has opted for the new Home Buyer Systems Protect & Insure (HBSPI) process to provide a comprehensive sales and compliance system for insurance sales. Developed by Home Buyer Systems, HBSPI provides compliant protection and GI product sourcing through a defined sales process which includes the production of a suitability letter that covers all the elements of protection and GI. Mark Banfield, senior partner at AFP Partnership, says “Home Buyer’s latest innovation fills a significant gap in the market. While the mortgage famine continues, advisers need the capability to sell protection and insurance effectively in order to sustain income levels. In addition, we need reliable compliance procedures integrated with the insurance sales system at a time when the FSA is turning its attention to insurance. With Home Buyer Systems’ excellent track record, we have every confidence that the HBSPI system will boost our performance in insurance business.” Richard Angliss, managing director of Home Buyer Systems commented: We see HBSPI becoming the industry standard for Protection and GI sales, as there is nothing else available to do the job of providing mortgage and protection brokers with everything they need in one package. “Feedback from our users shows that an effective sales and compliance system can greatly increase volumes of protection and insurance business. HBSPI has been brought to market using the experience and expertise we have gained from 11 years of developing and refining the original Home Buyer System and HBSLite, and we are confident that it will prove to be an invaluable tool for adviser businesses that are serious about growing volumes. HBS is currently offering a free trial of the system, available from its website (www.homebuyersystems.com).
