Godiva launches two-year fixed at 2.49%

Godiva Mortgages has extended its prime residential range with a two-year fixed rate at 2.49% and a three-year fixed rate at 2.99%. Both mortgages are available up to 60% LTV, with a booking fee of £199 and arrangement fee of 1.5%. Godiva, part of the Coventry Building Society, is also offering free valuations as part of the deals, with a legal package for remortgagors. Early repayment charges of 4% of the balance apply for the term. Darin Landon, head of sales at Coventry Building Society, said: "These products provide peace of mind for borrowers in these unpredictable times. The combination of highly competitive rates and fees will make these mortgages a popular addition to our residential range. Brokers need to act now to avoid missing out."
