3mc, the national mortgage club and packager, has recently appointed Michelle Tidman and Paul Smith to the roles of business development manager. Doug Hall, Director of 3mc, said: “Over the past 6 months 3mc has had in excess of 700 new mortgage intermediary registrations as more and more intermediaries require access to specialist lenders such as Aldermore (both residential and commercial), I group, Kensington, Precise Mortgages and Tiuta. Following the successful launch of the first Virtual Mortgage Desk we felt it important to compliment this service at a time when mortgage intermediaries require the services of a specialist mortgage desk.” Michelle Tidman, business development manager of 3mc, said.” It’s great to be joining a business such as 3mc and I am looking forward to assisting mortgage intermediaries within the specialist residential and commercial markets.” Paul Smith, business development manager of 3mc, said: ”3mc is one of only a handful of hybrid distributors that has secured distribution agreements with both established and new lenders entering the specialist markets and I am looking forward to building good business relationships with our customers the mortgage intermediaries.” Established in 1996, 3mc provides a full packaging and mortgage club service for brokers throughout the UK.
