Hope Capital Property Finance has begun the new year with exceptional momentum, reporting record-breaking performance across all department within the business.
Comparing year-end 2024 with year-end 2025, the specialist bridging finance provider has surpassed multiple records across the business, setting a new benchmark for its performance, including:
- Loan book value up 61% – Driven by increased funding from private high-net-worth investors and institutional lenders, including an enhanced funding facility secured from Shawbrook Bank in June 2025, boosting lending capacity and supporting strong business growth.
- Applications increased by 86% – Growth in the sales team, internal promotions, and active presence at the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo and Finance Professional Show have strengthened the lender’s capacity to handle more enquiries and provide enhanced support to brokers and borrowers.
- Facilities funded up 46% – Demonstrating growth in successfully funded deals across multiple property sectors, underscoring Hope Capital Property Finance’s expanded reach and service capabilities.
- Legals paid up 48% – Through enhancing its lending panel and expanding dual representation across all property types, ensuring smoother and more efficient transactions.
- Pipeline value increased by 15% – Driven by the launch of innovative, market-leading products, including the introduction of flat rates across all projects, a brand-new 75% Net product and commercial conversions loan.
- Loans over term reduced by 49% – Achieved through strengthening its portfolio management department, including introducing two dedicated teams focused on loan support & relationship management and resolutions management, ensuring a more tailored and efficient approach to loan servicing.
Hope Capital Property Finance provides flexible bridging solutions from £100k - £5m, across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property, including:
- Residential bridging loans: 75% LTV at 0.85%
- Semi-commercial bridging loans: 70% LTV at 0.95%
- Commercial bridging loans: 65% LTV at 0.99%
